Savage rear fender is a 7.25 inch wide piece. Any custom HD fender supplier will have several styles of blanks to fit it, including West Coast Choppers if you like the bikes Jesse James builds. Blank HD fenders aren't cheap, and are not returnable unless damaged in intial shipping from them to you. Happy tinkering.
